Sample._bin_mc¶

Sample._bin_mc(bin_num, direction)¶

This function creates a simple bin structure for the pore and resevoir.

Parameters:

bin_numinteger: Number of bins to be used
directioninteger, optional: Direction of descretization of the simulation box (x = 0; y = 1; z = 2)

Returns:

datadictionary: Dictionary containing a list of the bin width and a data list
