CosineModel._create_basis_border()¶

This function creates the basis part in every bin of the Fourier series for the diffusion \(\ln \ (D)\). At the bin border the basis is calculated with

\[\mathrm{basis} = \cos \left(\frac{2\pi ki}{n}\right)\]

hereby \(k\) is the number of coefficients, \(i\) is the bin index and \(n\) is the number of the bins.
