filter¶

hgana.extract.filter(link_colvar, column, conditions={2: {1: [0, 0.7]}}, dt=1)¶

This function filters data using nested conditions for subsequent plot functions.

Parameters:	link_colvar : string Link to COLVAR file generated by PLUMED column : integer, list column id or list of ids to plot the histogram for conditions : dictionary, optional Nestzeed conditions for filtering - key_col: {key_cond: [min, max]} dt : integer, optional Step size in number of frames
Returns:	data : dictionary Filtered data columns
