plot_time¶

hgana.affinity.plot_time(link_colvar, com, dt=100, kwargs={})¶

This function plots the bound and unbound instances over time for a given spatial bound cutoff.

Parameters:	link_colvar : string Link to COLVAR file generated by PLUMED com : list List of index and cut-off value for the centre of mass entry in the COLVAR file dt : integer, optional Step size between frames kwargs: dict, optional Dictionary with plotting parameters (only for given intent)
