PoreKit.shape_sphere(diameter, centroid=[], central=[0, 0, 1])¶

Add sphere shape

Parameters:

diameterfloat: Sphere diameter
centroidlist, optional: Sphere centroid - leave zero for system centroid
centrallist, optional: Central axis for Sphere

Returns:

shapelist: Shape type (pos 0) and shape (pos 1)
