PoreCapsule.diameter()¶

Calculate true diameter after drilling and preparation. This is done by determining the mean value \(\bar r\) of the silicon distances \(r_i\) of silicon \(i\) towards the shape center

\[\bar r=\frac1n\sum_{i=1}^nr_i\]

with the number of silicon atoms \(n\). The diameter is then

\[d=2\bar r=\frac2n\sum_{i=1}^nr_i.\]
